天然黄酮黄芩素，具有良好的药理活性，但是溶解度低，在体内广泛的被UGT酶快速代谢严重的影响了它在人体的药效发挥。我们以前曾报道过两个8-位含氮的黄芩素衍生物(BA-a和BA-j)具有比黄芩素更好的溶解度和抗CDK1活性。但是这两个化合物的UGT代谢稳定性还没有被系统的评估。
