新式盆底重建术与传统手术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床分析

【摘 要】

：

目的 将传统手术与新式盆底重建术进行对比,比较两者之间存在的疗效差异.方法 选取2011年8月-2012年9月我院收治的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者65例进行对比,其中35例行新式盆底重建术即Prolift全盆底重建术(观察组),30例行传统手术(阴式子宫全切+阴道前后壁修补术)(对照组),统计分析两组患者一般资料及术中术后随访情况.
