猫初级视觉皮层双眼视差相关功能构筑

  目的:目前科学研究已经在猴子的V2区发现了双眼视差相关的功能地图,可以精细区分物体深度。但是作为双眼信息融合的第一站——初级视觉皮层V1区,尽管有大量文献证明有双眼视差敏感神经元的存在,但尚未找到功能性响应的确切标志(功能柱)。方法:利用改进的随机点立体光栅作为视觉刺激,在猫的V1区进行了基于内源信号的大脑光学成像实验和单细胞神经电生理实验。
