Pancreatic cancer is a highly aggressive malignant disease with fatal clinical outcome and high mortality.Although gemcitabine is known to be the current standard therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer, the response rate and the effect on survival is poor because of de novo chemoresistant behavior to cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agents.And most of the gemcitabine-based combinatorial approaches have atso failed to prolong overaii survival significantly.
