Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of various treatments methods for vascular malformation in oral and maxillofacial region.Methods: 1.Pingyangrnycin injection group: High concentration (8mg/3ml) Pingyangmycin(Bleomycin A5) was injected in the deep area to treat the vascular malformation in the parotid, submaxillary and submucousal region and low concentration (8mg/8ml) Pingyangmycin was injected for the cutaneous and mucosa lesion.2.Electrochemistry therapy machine treatment group: The giant and high-flow vascular malformations in the maxillofacial region were treated by electrochemistry therapy machine.
