The inter-generational transmission plays an important role during the sustainable development of family businesses.In this paper,first of all,we put forward a research model of inter-generational transmission associated with the business performance; then designs a questionnaire and researches more than 200 family businesses which have been completed inter-generational transmission,in the end,analyses the questionnaire.
