目的探讨沿海医院消毒供应中心的建筑设计与感染控制。方法遵循医院感染预防与控制的原则及国家法律、法规对医院建筑和职业防护的相关要求,进行充分论证,并结合国内外消毒供应中心建筑布局的优点,依照《医院消毒供应室验收标准》及《综合医院建筑规范》等国家相关标准,进行专业设计和施工;引进先进的消毒灭菌、空气层流净化设备;物品实行ERP系统信息化管理;分区以双扉式全自动清洗消毒器、灭菌器作隔离屏障;严格的人流、物流、气流管理。结果拥有现代化、标准化、科学化及专业化的建筑设计,使整个操作流程形成相对封闭的不可逆的运行过程,控制了再次污染的机会,有效地控制医院感染,为医院各个临床科室的医疗安全提供了重要保证;各项质量监测指标均符合建筑设计标准与感染控制要求。结论建筑设计符合现代化消毒供应中心标准要求,制定出合理的流程管理制度及质控措施,能有效控制医院感染。
Objective To explore the architectural design and infection control of disinfection supply center in coastal hospital. Methods According to the principles of prevention and control of nosocomial infection and the relevant requirements of national laws and regulations on hospital building and occupational protection, the paper fully demonstrated the merits of building layout of domestic and international disinfection supply centers, “General Hospital Building Code” and other national standards, professional design and construction; the introduction of advanced disinfection and sterilization, air laminar flow purification equipment; ERP system to implement the information management of goods; partition to double Fei type automatic cleaning disinfection, off Mycoplasma isolation barrier; strict flow of people, logistics, air flow management. Results The modernized, standardized, scientific and specialized architectural design enabled the entire operation process to form a relatively closed and irreversible operation process, controlled the opportunity of re-contamination, effectively controlled hospital infection and provided medical safety to all clinical departments of the hospital An important guarantee; all quality monitoring indicators are in line with architectural design standards and infection control requirements. Conclusion The architectural design conforms to the standard of modern disinfection supply center, formulates a reasonable process management system and quality control measures, which can effectively control the nosocomial infection.
