In order to screen aerotolerant strains the different sources of bifidobacterium were analyzed by examining the value of relative bacterial growth ratio (RBGR) with different oxygen concentrations.The isolates of aerotolerant strains were investigated by API50 system for metabolites,16S ribosomal DNA-polymerase chain reaction for phylogenetic relationships,and scanning electron microscopy for morphology.
