某车载燃油管路系统的振动密封性能分析

  "跑冒滴漏松"现象是制约我国装甲车辆的重大技术问题,尤其是密封技术缺乏必要的设计要求及指导规范,对管路系统进行振动密封分析有着实际的指导意义。本文以某装甲车辆的燃油管路系统为研究对象,提出了一种分析燃油管理系统中含胶管与钢管通过紧固卡箍固定的组合结构在振动环境下的密封可靠性分析的方法。该方法先将燃油管路系统简化为线性系统,对简化后的系统进行谐响应分析。提取胶管连接钢管位置两个端面对应参考点的位移响应,分析两端面对应参考点之间的相对位移,判断扫频范围内胶管卡箍的危险密封工况。然后采用子模型方法,对胶管卡箍密封结构进行精细化有限元建模,分析胶管卡箍密封环面的接触压力变化,进一步评估胶管卡箍密封结构在整个振动工况下的密封可靠性。最后开展该管路系统接地卡箍的位置灵敏度分析,实现该管路系统的振动密封性能优化。
