On the basis of social identity theory and social exchange theory,this study discussed the identity and trust path through which employeesperceived external corporate social responsibility(ECSR perception)and internal corporate social responsibility(ICSR perception)affect employees innovative behavior respectively.The results show that employeesperception of external prestige and organizational identification mediate the relationship between employeesECSR perception and innovative behavior; and employeesperceived organizational support and organizational trust mediate the relationship between employeesICSR perception and innovative behavior.Our finding identifies the different mechanisms under which employeesinternal and external CSR perception predict the innovative behavior,and confirms the importance of carrying out human resource management practices based on fostering of the atmosphere of CSR.
