Chronic inflammation and tumor-associated factors are related to the increased accumulation of CD1lb+Gr-l+myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), which play a critical role in the development and progression of human diseases.But, the mechanism (s) of controlling expansion of MDSCs remains elusive.
