Because of the extremely complex terrain and adverse weather conditions in the frigid mountainous areas, the monitoring stations are extremely sparse.The data acquisition on hydrometeorological element is restricted; it also made a great impact on building distributed hydrological models in high cold alpine areas, and then the hydrological forecasting accuracy is restricted and increased more uncertain factors.
