In order to explore the chromosome proteome in a detailed way, more elaborate experiments were designed to perform a biomass spectrometry based proteome using the same hepatoma cell lines (Hep3B,MHCC97H and HCCLM3).In addition, transcriptome and translatome were considered as background expression, upon which several issues associated with chromosome-centric proteome were explored in a quantitative way.In total, we obtained a large dataset with 9,064 identified proteins, and 12,740 proteins with contribution from previous studies which is 62.9％ coverage against the Swiss-Prot database.
