  In this paper,a novel error concealment method based on partition model is developed for video transmission over noisy channels.This method contains spatio-temporal restoration and spatial error concealment(SEC)strategy.In the spatial domain,the SEC strategy is used to select the appropriate spatial method by location information and Intra Mode of surrounding received macroblocks(MBs).In temporal domain,the Inter partition model(PM)of corrupted MB is estimated by the surrounding MBs,then the appropriate temporal method is used according to the Inter PM of corrupted MB.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good subjective video quality in comparison with the traditional error concealment method in the H.264/AVC,and the average PSNR is improved by 0.3 dB.
