目的 分析腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗贲门粘膜下病变的临床疗效，进一步说明双镜联合技术在早期胃肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2014 年1 月至2017 年5 月在我院应用双镜联合技术治疗31 例贲门粘膜下病变患者的临床资料，所有患者先行胃镜下行病变切除术，术中根据快速冰冻病理结果选择在腹腔镜下行相应手术治疗。若术中发生胃穿孔、出血等并发症，腹腔镜下行相应并发症处理。
目的 中国胃癌发病率居男性第二位，女性第四位。胃癌好发于中老年人，但近年来有年轻化趋势，且极易误诊，往往错过最佳手术时机，死亡率极高。在不同的研究中对年轻胃癌的定义不同，大多数文献将发生于30、35、40、45 岁以下的胃癌定义为年轻胃癌，所以在年轻胃癌的截断值上有较大的争议。
目的 研究癌结节对胃癌预后的影响方法 本研究回顾了孙逸仙纪念医院胃肠外科2006 年1 月至2012 年12 月连续根治性手术治疗的733 例胃癌病例，通过倾向性匹配校准两组(癌结节组和非癌结节组)基线资料后，对癌结节阳性组和癌结节阴性组进行生存分析。
