目的:观察综合康复治疗对2例先天性多发性关节挛缩症(arthrogryposis multiplexcongenita,AMC)的临床疗效.方法:2006年12月至2007年11月在广州市儿童医院神经康复科门诊治疗的AMC患儿2例.双膝关节屈曲型挛缩畸形1例,女性,6岁，未能扶站;双肘关节伸直型挛缩合并前臂旋前、腕部屈曲畸形1例,男性,3月龄.膝关节屈曲挛缩型患儿采用如下康复治疗计划:①关节松动术
目的:探讨体外冲击波治疗网球肘的即刻镇痛效应及累积效应.方法:使用国产电磁式体外冲击波治疗机治疗71例网球肘患者,5天1次,共3次,分别在每次治疗前、治疗后、疗程结束后1周,进行PPI、VAS、ADL、Mills征进行疗效评价.结果:3次治疗后即刻均比治疗前疼痛程度显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001).在治疗间歇期,PPI疼痛评分较上次治疗后即刻增加,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001),但
