双凹碟形囊泡在平基底上的粘附问题

本文对"内凹形"囊泡的粘附研究提供了一种可行的方法.利用生物膜泡的自发曲率模型,考虑了囊泡的弯曲能、渗透压作用以及基底粘附能的影响,结合囊泡表面积的几何约束,研究了双凹碟形囊泡在平基底上的粘附.通过对系统自由能积分式的变分,得到了该问题分区间的两组非线性常微分方程组,根据推导所得的边界条件,给出了问题的数值结果.结果表明,双凹碟形囊泡在粘附时有其自身的粘附规律,粘附首先会从囊泡的纵坐标最低点发生,粘附长度随粘附能的增加而增加.由于考虑粘附为分段发生,囊泡分区两段的粘附的初始发生对粘附能大小要求不同.
