目的：观察锁骨钩接骨板治疗锁骨远端骨折(Neer-Ⅱ)和肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ)的临床疗效。方法：2010年8月-2012年8月两年内应用锁骨钩接骨板治疗Neer-Ⅱ锁骨远端骨折17例,TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位33例,术后患侧上肢吊带悬吊,早期功能锻炼。

：
