采用Stober法和原位聚合法制备了羰基铁/二氧化硅/聚苯胺(CIP/SiO2/PANI)核壳结构型电磁功能复合材料,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)表征了复合物的形貌、结构和磁性能。SEM显示,SiO2和PANI先后成功包覆在CIP颗粒表面;XRD和FT-IR进一步证实合成了CIP/SiO2/PANI复合材料;磁测试发现,复合物的饱和磁化强度明显减小。本研究为进一步设计和制备高性能的电磁吸波材料奠定了基础。
The core-shell structure-type electromagnetic functional composites with carbonyl iron / silica / polyaniline (CIP / SiO2 / PANI) were prepared by Stober method and in-situ polymerization method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy , Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were used to characterize the morphology, structure and magnetic properties of the composites. The SEM and SEM showed that SiO2 and PANI were successfully coated on the surface of CIP particles. XRD and FT-IR further confirmed the synthesis of CIP / SiO2 / PANI composites. The saturation magnetization of the composites was significantly reduced by magnetic measurements. This study laid the foundation for the further design and preparation of high performance electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.
