Background Pharmacokinetie information after multiple doses in healthy subjects plays an important role in drug development.It is valuable to learn this information via modeling when it is challenging to administer compounds repeatedly due to their pharmacology or pharmacokinetics.A robust modeling effort can provide pharmacokinetic information after multiple dosing using single dose pharmacokinetic data.
