重组人血管内皮抑制素联合放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的初步临床研究

[目的]观察重组人血管内皮抑制素联合诱导化疗序贯同步放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效、耐受性和安全性。[方法] 2011年12月30日至2013年3月31日,53例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者接受两周期TP方案诱导化疗联合重组人血管内皮抑制素,随后序贯重组人血管内皮抑制素联合DDP同步放化疗(试验组)；选取48例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者采用两周期TP方案诱导化疗,随后序贯序贯DDP(顺铂)同步放化疗(对照组)。
