目的 观察能谱CT个性化低管电压和低对比剂量在回顾性门控冠状动脉成像中图像质量和辐射剂量.方法 收集2013年9月至2014年2月临床疑冠心病行能谱CT回顾性门控扫描模式冠状动脉成像患者108例；根据体重指数(BMI)范围不同分A、B两组.A组(双低组)36例,18.5≤BMI＜28,电压100KV,对比剂量=体重(kg)X0.6；BMI≥28,电压采取120KV,对比剂量=体重(kg)X0.8,
