研究了暴露在海洋性气候环境下耐候钢(09CuPCrNi)的耐腐蚀能力,探讨曝晒环境与合金元素的协同作用.采用失重方法评价了耐候钢的耐候性,用红外光谱(IR)、电子探针(EPMA)和电化学测试方法分析了锈层的性质.结果表明,氯离子沉积量低的情况下,锈层中Cr的富集有助于改善钢的耐候性,而在氯离子沉积量高情况下,氯离子是恶化其耐候性能的主要因素.
The corrosion resistance of weathering steel (09CuPCrNi) exposed to marine climatic conditions was studied, and the synergistic effect of exposure environment and alloying elements was discussed.The weatherability of weathering steels was evaluated by weight loss method.The structures of the weathering steels were evaluated by infrared spectroscopy (IR), electron probe (EPMA) and electrochemical tests were used to analyze the properties of the rust layer.The results show that the enrichment of Cr in the rust layer helps to improve the weatherability of the steel under the condition of low deposition of chloride ion. However, when the chloride ion deposition is high In the case, chloride is a major factor in deteriorating its weatherability.
