　　Objective:To evaluate the role of ABCG2 rs2231142 polymorphisms with hyperuricemia and gout in Asian population.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Pubmed,SpringerLink and ScineceDirect database were searched for all publications concerning ABCG2 rs2231142 polymorphisms and gout or hyperuricemia.The genetic model was identified through statistical analysis,then a meta-analysis was performed to test the association of ABCG2 rs2231142 with hyperuricemia and gout.
