基于广义热弹性理论的含裂纹材料的热冲击破坏研究

  由传统的热弹性理论可知,当材料表面受到热冲击后,材料表面可能产生表面裂纹,裂纹的方向与受热冲击表面垂直。但是在实际工程应用中以及陶瓷材料的热震实验中,发现了大量的与热冲击表面平行的裂纹,尤其是在涂层材料界面处发现了可能导致材料剥落的界面裂纹。这种裂纹很难用传统的热应力理论解释。为了找出产生横向裂纹的力的大小和来源,本文以含裂纹的二维有限大板为研究对象建立热冲击模型,裂纹与受热冲击表面平行。
