随着社会经济发展和市场需求,土工防渗膜作为一种新型复合材料被广泛的应用于工业生产和日常生活中。巴格德雷第一天然气处理厂工程的污水处理蒸发池就是土工防渗膜在石油天然气工业生产中的一次成功运用。污水处理蒸发池的池底和池壁均由土工布和土工防渗膜构成。土工防渗膜在施工过程中对大气环境温度、地基条件、材料的焊接顺序及成品真空试漏检测等方面均有严格的要求。施工过程中通过加强过程控制和监督管理,从而保证了整个污水蒸发池防渗膜的施工质量和施工周期。
With the socio-economic development and market demand, geo-impermeable membrane as a new type of composite material is widely used in industrial production and daily life. The sewage treatment evaporation pond at Bagdady’s first natural gas processing plant is a successful application of geo-impermeable membranes in the oil and gas industry. The bottom of the sewage treatment pond and pool wall are made of geotextile and geo-impermeable membrane. Geotechnical impermeable membrane in the construction process of the atmospheric temperature, foundation conditions, welding sequence of materials and finished vacuum leak detection and other aspects have strict requirements. Through strengthening process control and supervision and management during the construction, the construction quality and construction period of the impermeable membrane of the entire sewage evaporation pond are ensured.
