The antifungal activity,kinetics,effects and molecular mechanism of action of garlic oil against C.albicans were studied using the poisoned food technique,antifungal kinetic curves,transmission electron microscopy,RNA sequencing,and 2D-DIGE analysis.The minimum inhibitory concentration of garlic oil was 0.35 μg/mL (0.313 tl/mL).
