Carbon dioxide is considered to be a main course of climate changes,which is responsible for 85% of the increase m radiative forcing over the past decade and 81% over the last five years.Accurate estimates of strengths,and spatial and temporal variability of the surface sources and sinks of CO2 are thus of great interest to both the scientific community and the policy makers.
