　　By modifying commercially available reagents designed for detection of WNV antigens in mosquitoes,a novel screening test procedure has been developed for preliminary detection of seroconversion to WNV in sentinel chickens.This test can provide preliminary qualitative results in about 45 minutes,and requires minimum laboratory equipment.
