Lead titanate is a well known ferroelectric material.And strontium is one of important modified elements to the lead titanate thin films.There are many technologies to synthesize the PST thin films, such as chemical precipitation1, hydrothermal reaction2,sol-gel3.In this paper, Pb1-xSrxTiO3 (0≤x≤0.9) thin films on Si(100) substrate were prepared by the sol-gel process and their characteristics were investigated as a function of strontium content (x) by XRD and AFM.
