１９９６／１９９７年度天津电力局实施了万门程控汇接局工程，该工程的实施解决了原有几台行政交换机的全自动入网问题，为电力局行政交换机提供了备用通道，且利用其富裕能力解决了电力职工安装宿舍电话的需求，改善了天津电力交换网的原有状况，本文从十个方面对工程的组网方案及今后的设想进行了介绍。
In 1996/1997, Tianjin Municipality implemented a 10,000-gate process control tandem connection project. The implementation of this project solved the problem of automatic network access of several existing administrative switches and provided a backup channel for the administrative switchboard of the power bureau. With its rich ability It solves the need of power workers to install dormitory telephone and improves the original status of Tianjin Power Exchange Network. This article introduces the networking scheme of the project and its future plans from ten aspects.
