The influence of three mineral elements on the mycelium growth of strain Shenxiang 16 was studied in PDA and Sawdust medium.The mycelium growth of Shenxiang 16 were promoted at the concentration of 5.6 mg/L ~2800 mg/L Ca(CaSO4) 、 1 × 10-4 mol/L~1 × 10-1 mol/L Mg(MgSO4) on the PDA plate.And the growth of the mycelia on PDA plate were not affected at the concentration of 1 × 10-5mol/L ~ 5 × 10-3mol/L Zn.But they were inhibited at 1 × 10-5mol/L~1 × 10-3mol/L Cu (CuSO4).Gypsum (CaSO4·2H2O) usually used to adjust the pH of sawdust cultivation media, but the concentration more than 30g/kg of CaSO4·2H2O inhibited the mycelia growth.CuSO4·5H2O inhibited the mycelia growth in the Sawdust Medium.At 500 mg/kg~2500 mg/kg , MgSO4·7H2O showed no influence on mycelium growth.
