Objective: To investigate the influence of different stabilizers on the particle size of glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) nanosuspension during freeze-drying and/or storage, and to obtain the optimal formulation.Methods: GA nanosuspension was prepared by anti-solvent precipitation and high-speed shear method.Different stabilizers were systematically screened based on the particle size distribution, redispersibility index and sedimentation ratio of the obtained nanosuspensions.
