竹红菌甲素在大鼠体内的药代动力学初步研究

竹黄菌Shiraiabambusicola 是一种分布于我国南方和日本的单种属子囊菌。竹红菌甲素(Hypocrellin A,HA)为竹黄菌的主要有效成分之一,是一种苝醌类光敏剂,具有良好的光敏杀伤肿瘤细胞、抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎症等药效。然而,由于HA 的药物代谢动力学过程研究较少,因此受到制约至今未被开发成新药。

不同营养条件下Fuligo leviderma原生质团转录组分析

本研究设置六组实验模型,采用转录组测序手段,对黏菌Fuligo leviderma 原生质团在不同营养条件下的基因表达情况进行了研究。处于原生质团阶段的Fuligo leviderma,共表达了207846 个基因,其中参与细胞代谢相关功能的基因占据较大比例,而与细胞聚集、迁移等行为相关的功能基因数量较少。

中国发网菌属Stemonitis物种多样性的研究

对2015 年9 月采集自吉林省长春市净月潭国家森林公园的黄头绒泡菌Physarum flavicomum 的原质团进行水琼脂及玉米琼脂培养，以其子实体为材料进行悬滴培养。在实验室条件下完成了黄头绒泡菌从孢子到孢子的生活循环。
