It has already been realized that agriculture and fishery activities could affect the waterbody of fresh-water lakes.And with increasing concerns about sustainable environment as well as green agriculture,the appropriate protection of the environment of fresh-water lakes also become critical.Some of the main ecosystems that live with fresh-water lakes are microbial communities,which play essential roles in keeping the freshwater lakes sustainable.However,it remains quite unclear how much would agriculture and fishery activities affect the waterbody and the microbial ecosystems,esoecially as regard to eutrophication and the effect of antibiotics.
