Study Design We evaluated whether combination of chABC administration and BDNF-MSCs transplantation could provide an optimal effect for the treatment of spinal cord injury(SCI)subjected to complete transection.Objectives Behavioral assessments and DBA tracing were used to evaluate the effects of combination of chABC administration and BDNF-MSCs transplantation on axonal regeneration and functional improvement inSCT rats.
