工控模块在喷油泵试验台测量控制系统的应用

【摘要】

：

本文描述了一个采用工业控制模块实现的喷油泵试验台测量控制系统的设计方案，在实现过程中碰到了由于通信和操作系统延时等因素造成的转数测量误差问题，通过利用计数模块的门控功能和报警输出功能，再加上少量外围电路，成功地解决了这一问题。该系统经现场调试、使用，运行情况良好，完全达到了设计要求。
