  Cancer diagnosis and therapy in vivo generally requires a well-designed nanoscale platform to integrate multiple functionalities for desired antitumor efficiency.In this study,the multifunctional two-photon(TP)sensitized Gd2O3∶Eu3+@P(NIPAm-co-MAA)@THA@cRGD(TPNPs@cRGD)hollow nanoparticles has been prepared for glioblastoma diagnosis and therapy(Fig.1).
