  Signal perception through cell-surface receptors is a common feature among living organisms.In plants, several different types of cell-surface receptors, such as receptor-like protein (RLP), receptor-like kinases(RLK) and receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase (RLCK), perceive and/or transduction diverse signals and stimuli from the environment.
