Antibiotic resistance is a global public health problem due to antibiotics abuse in modem medicine and the livestock industry.To confirm the determinants of Antibiotics Resistance Genes (ARGs) in human gut resistome,we collected metagenomic data from 1267 human stool samples from four countries in three different continents.Subsequently,ARGs were annotated with the ARDB and ARG-ANNOT database.
