  目的 肿瘤细胞的生物学行为与其所处的微环境之间存在重要的关系。肿瘤细胞的快速增殖及肿瘤血管的异常,常常导致实体肿瘤中呈缺氧状态,以往我们认为缺氧主要影响肿瘤细胞的代谢和癌灶血管的重塑,但现在发现缺氧诱导因子在肿瘤的增殖、分化、侵袭转移产生重要的影响。
