  The superior performance and low cost of reinforced concrete(RC)has thrust it to be one of the most commonly used construction materials in the world.RC structures are exposed to a variety of factors that lead to its degradation during their operational existence,each of which contributes to reducing their service life,durability,and load bearing capacity.The longevity of RC structures is strongly connected to degradation processes,whose origin is environmental and/or functional.Among these processes is the evolution and growth of corrosion on the steel reinforcement.The corrosion of steel reinforcement has direct effects on the durability,safety,and useful service life of a RC structure.Safety of structural components is now commonly assessed using probabilistic methods.The reliability of an engineering design is an assessment of the probability that a certain design meets certain demands under certain conditions,or how likely its resistance will be able to sustain given loads.

钢桁架塔杆件多,结构体系复杂,风荷载的确定往往依托风洞试验,因此,采用合理的试验模型对获得准确的风洞试验结果至关重要。以某测试钢管桁架塔大比例缩尺气弹模型风洞试验为背景,按照空气动力学弹性相似准则,采用离散刚度法,克服风洞测试段尺寸和来流风速受限、单个杆件尺寸细长难以模拟等困难,设计制作了钢管桁架塔全气弹模型。通过动力特性测试发现,模型自振频率和阻尼比值与理论值吻合较好,表明模型设计合理,满足风洞
