Electron transfer between redox enzyme and electrode is a key element for bioelectrocatalytic reactions.Direct electron transfer(DET)reaction,which is a mediator-less coupling between electrode and enzymatic reactions,has attracted increasing attentions due to its advantages such as simple construction,free from loss of the energy due to mediators,independent of the stability of mediators.
