Although many methods have been used for the interaction between non-steroidal drugs and serum albumin,there exist some limitafons [1,2],for example,large injection and long equilibrium time.Capillary electropheresis is a powerful tool for efficient separation,fast speed,small amounts of samples required [3].Salicylic acid and ibuprofen,as the two typical non-steroidal dings representatives,have play very important roles in the therapy of inflammation.Investigation of the competitive binding of these drugs to serum albumin is crucial for the combined therapy.
