Objective: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy of anterior subcutaneous transposition of ulnar nerve with fascial flap in patients with moderate to severe cubital tunnel syndrome referred to our hospital between2008-2013 and analyzed prognostic factors.Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 62patients (65 elbows) with definite diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome, treated with anterior subcutaneous transposition between2008-2013.Preoperatively, initial severity of the disease was determined by McGowan scale as modified by Goldberg (MGG).
