In this paper, a novel and simple extration agent was employed for the separation of the benzene (Bz)/cyclohexane (Cx)mixture.Influence of the extraction conditions on the separation performance was investigated.The changing of selectivity coefficient under different concentrations of benzene in the Bz/Cx mixture and concentrations of salt has been studied as well.The results revealed that the selectivity coefficient increased with the decreasing of the concentration of benzene,and increased with the increasing of the ratio of solvent when the concentrations of benzene from 10 to 65%.
