太阳能是最重要的清洁能源之一.太阳能电池能够实现太阳能向电能的即时转化,因而受到光照时间和强度的限制.近几年,我们课题组基于太阳能电池和二次电池的工作原理,构建了几种光充电二次电池体系,在同一器件上可以实现太阳能转换与存储的一体化.根据实际环境与工作需要,通过器件开关的调节,可以作为太阳能电池将太阳能即时转换为电能,亦可将太阳能转换为化学能储存起来,并适时实现化学能与电能的相互转化.
