Objective: To establish an evaluation system of quality of life in cancer cachexia model and to explore the intervention effect of Baoyuan Jiedu Decoction. Methods: Lewis lung cancer C57 mice were inoculated subcutaneously to establish a model of cancerous cachexia. They were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, model control group and traditional Chinese medicine intervention group.
