  To shorten the maturation process and provide experiences in industrialization, the effects of ultrasonic treatment on maturation of Chinese rice wine were studied.Stainless steel coil pipe in certain size was used as the container in this research.The ultrasonic treatments were fulfilled under 0-100 W/L power densities and 0-2.0 h treatment time at three frequencies (25 kHz, 30 kHz and 35 kHz) with different materials of container and different sizes of coil pipe.
