蜂胶对训练小鼠力竭即刻及恢复期心肌自由基代谢的影响

  目的:通过给昆明(KM)小鼠灌服蜂胶液四周并于最后一次游泳训练至力竭实验,观察训练后力竭游泳小鼠及其恢复期心肌脂质过氧化损伤程度,探讨蜂胶抗氧化、保护心肌组织、提高机体抗疲劳能力及促进疲劳后恢复的作用,为蜂胶在运动领域中的应用提供实验依据.方法:KM小鼠随机分为安静对照组(A)、力竭即刻对照组(B1)、力竭即刻蜂胶组(C1)、力竭恢复对照组(B2)、力竭恢复蜂胶组(C2).对照组每天灌服0.4ml蒸馏水,蜂胶组每天按45mg/Kg灌服蜂胶液,运动组运动模式为4周递增负荷游泳训练并于最后一次训练至力竭,记录小鼠游泳至力竭时间,并测定心肌细胞MDA含量、SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶的活性.结果:(1)对照组小鼠游泳至力竭时间为183.65±48.94min,而蜂胶组小鼠游泳至力竭时间为274.38±56.07min,蜂胶组小鼠游泳至力竭时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05).(2)经过4周递增负荷游泳训练并于最后一次力竭后,对照组小鼠运动能力下降,心肌MDA含量在力竭即刻及其恢复期均显著增高(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、Na+-K+-ATP酶及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性均显著下降(P<0.05).(3)蜂胶组小鼠的运动能力较对照组有所提高,力竭运动后心肌细胞MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD、CAT、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),心肌细胞GSH-Px、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性在力竭即刻显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在恢复期呈升高趋势,但无统计学意义.结论:(1)经过4周递增负荷训练最后一次力竭,小鼠呈疲劳状态,心肌脂质过氧化程度明显升高、抗氧化酶活性下降、细胞膜功能降低;24h后有所恢复.(2)蜂胶可通过提高抗氧化酶活性、改善小鼠心肌相对缺氧、减少自由基的生成而降低力竭运动及恢复期心肌脂质过氧化损伤,维持细胞膜功能,整体上具有延缓疲劳出现、促进疲劳后恢复的作用.(3)蜂胶能明显延长小鼠游泳至力竭时间,具有提高机体耐力运动能力的作用.
